Second New Zealand case ever won before the United Nations Human Rights Committee. Family Law case finding undue delay. “The Committee chides the state party for the length of time taken in the police examination.” “The Committee has also concluded that there was undue delay in the Family Court’s later proceeding in regard to the son.”
