Tony Ellis to be Harvard Visiting Fellow.
Wellington barrister Tony Ellis will join the Harvard Law School Hunan Rights Program community as a Visiting Fellow for the Spring Semester, January to May 2019. Dr Ellis will be researching the arbitrary detention of the intellectually disabled from an international and comparative perspective.
